Information regarding the last postage dates for Christmas, and the Christmas closure dates of the CTS office and the warehouse.

When is the last day to order for Christmas?
For UK orders, we recommend ordering by Tuesday 19th December before midday (due to the closure of our warehouse). This is the estimated date provided by Royal Mail and DPD.
For international orders, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in time for Christmas.
When will the warehouse stop dispatching orders?
Tuesday 19th December at midday. Any orders placed after that will be dispatched when the warehouse reopens on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
When will CTS Customer Services close for Christmas?
The last day for telephone orders and queries is Friday 15th December before 5 pm GMT. Services will return on Tuesday 2nd January 2024 at 9 am. You can still contact us during this time or place orders online as usual, but we cannot respond to queries or place orders on your behalf.
