Information regarding the last postage dates for Christmas, and the Christmas closure dates of the CTS office and the warehouse.
Christmas Closure Dates:
When is the last day to order for Christmas?
For UK orders, you must place your order by Wednesday, 17th December, due to the closure of our warehouse for a stocktake and Christmas. Any orders placed after that will be dispatched when the warehouse reopens on Friday, 2nd January 2026.
When will CTS Customer Services close for Christmas?
The last day for telephone orders and queries is Tuesday, 23rd December at midday. Services will return on Friday, 2nd January 2025, at 9 am. You can still contact us during this time or place orders online as usual, but we cannot respond to queries or place orders on your behalf.
