Last Postage Dates: Christmas 2022
Information regarding the last postage dates for Christmas, and the Christmas closure dates of the CTS office and the Norwich warehouse.
Christmas Closure Dates:
UK Orders: The last day to order before Christmas is Thursday 15th December. However, due to ongoing postal strikes, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive in time for Christmas. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
Orders placed on or after Tuesday 20th December will not be dispatched until Tuesday 3rd January.
Customer Services:
The last day for telephone orders and queries is Monday 19th December before 5 pm GMT. Services will return on Tuesday 3rd January 2022 at 9 am. You can still contact us during this time or place orders online as usual, but we cannot respond to queries or place orders on your behalf.
