
Why hasn’t my discount code arrived?
Trouble Receiving Your Discount Code?
If you signed up for CTS emails expecting a discount code but haven’t received it, here are some common reasons why — and what you can do next.
If you haven’t yet confirmed your email address:
- You may need to wait a little longer.
If you signed up less than an hour ago, the confirmation process may still be underway. The system can take a few minutes to process new sign-ups. Please wait up to an hour before taking further steps. - The confirmation email may be in your Junk or Spam folder.
Many email providers filter newsletters into junk folders or inbox tabs such as “Other,” “Promotions,” or “Newsletters.” Please check all folders and tabs. - There may have been a typo in your email address.
If the address was entered incorrectly, our email won’t reach you. Please sign up again with the correct email. - You haven’t clicked the confirmation link.
You must click the link in the confirmation email to complete your sign-up and receive your discount code. - You previously unsubscribed from CTS emails.
If you unsubscribed in the past, your account needs to be manually reactivated. We’ll do this automatically during working hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm GMT/BST). Please allow a little extra time during staff holidays.
If you have confirmed your email address but still haven’t received the code:
- Check your Junk or Spam folder again.
As above, the email may have been filtered out of your main inbox. - There may have been a technical issue.
On rare occasions, your confirmation may not register properly. We manually check for these cases and send discount codes during working hours.
Please allow up to one working day for your discount code to arrive.
