New EU Levy – 2026

From 1 July 2026, the European Union has introduced new customs rules for imported consignments with an intrinsic value below €150. Such consignments will be levied a customs duty of €3 per commodity type. This new levy is in addition to any additional customs duty, import charges, VAT, carrier handling, and clearance fees that may apply.

For all international customers (including those within the EU), additional charges such as import duty and customs fees are payable by the recipient upon import and before delivery.

 If you do not pay these charges and your order is returned to us, your postage costs will not be refunded. Note also that we are unable to refund any customs charges or carrier handling fees that the recipient has paid.
