I am convert to the Catholic Church (I was an atheist, then a Protestant) and this little book gave me some hardcore nostalgia. It was great recalling a different month in my life on every page of this book. I remember struggling with evolution, wondering about the morality of Hell, losing confidence in the problem of evil, and many more. Many of those things I discovered somewhat by accident, and if in school someone handed my this little booklet, I may have shaved years off my journey to God knowing that there were answers to all these objections. The book hits a lot of the right notes with gusto, but I do have two reservations. First, I think a better explanation of what the word "faith" means could have been put forth, but instead there was only a vague notion of what it is. Second, while I appreciate the modern arguments for the existence of God, since this is a Catholic publication, I would have appreciated an argument given or originating with Catholics, like any of Aquinas' Five Ways. Other than that, this is a great read, and I would recommend buying in bulk!
